Kolo Project

Description

The Kolo project began with an inspiring meeting with Gérard, a passionate man engaged in the Secours Populaire 65 association. Through him, we discovered a project that is both human and environmental. The subject focuses on helping local populations in Madagascar in collaboration with a university association. This association works for the protection of biodiversity.

Ultimately, the conclusion is simple: before being able to engage in the preservation of their environment, these communities must first meet their essential needs. It is at this moment that Secours Populaire 65 intervenes, supporting concrete projects in education, health, and access to basic resources (Examples: rehabilitation of schools, wells, health centers, aid to minorities...).

After studying past and current actions, we quickly measured the crucial impact of the association on the inhabitants. Thus, Gérard entrusted us with an essential mission: to develop the communication of Secours Populaire 65. Additionally, we needed to highlight the initiatives carried out in Madagascar.

Through this project, we aim to raise awareness, mobilize, and give visibility to these essential actions. The goal is for everyone to contribute, at their level, to a better future.

To respond to this request, we defined three major communication axes: institutional communication, local communication. And here is the axis I worked on:

Skills

Throughout the project, I was able to implement my skills in market analysis, combining internal and external diagnostics to identify key challenges. Informational monitoring allowed me to stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt our actions accordingly. Finally, a structured project management approach helped me to pilot the different stages with method and efficiency.

Difficulties

However, I also had to develop some skills where I struggled: client relationships; audiovisual creation through visuals on After Effects.

This project was also tough due to the organization between professors, students, and clients, which was not always synchronized. We had to redouble our efforts in project management and stress management.
